When cartoon bad characters Boris Badenov, Natasha Fatale, and Fearless Leader escape into the real world with a scheme to take over the United States through their minions and the Real Bad Television Network (RBTV), they run into a major obstacle when they encounter their old opponents, Rocket J. Squirrel and Bullwinkle J. Moose. This time, however, Moose and Squirrel are working closely with a young woman FBI Special Agent, Karen Sympathy (Piper Perabo), and combine forces to combat the evil doers.
